Any shock experienced in the impact phase is attenuated through the Rearfoot GEL Cushioning System, allowing for smooth transition to midstance. Uphill and downhill traction on all terrain is provided through the Trail Specific Outsole with its reversed lugs, while outsole durability is enhanced through the use of ASICS’ High Abrasion Rubber in critical areas, while SpEVA Midsole Material improves bounce back characteristics and decreases midsole breakdown.
