This policy applies to online orders only.
If you are unhappy with your online order for any reason you can return it (unworn, in the original packaging) within 14 days for a refund or an exchange. We would suggest that returned items are sent using a secure, signed for service, since in the event of a lost parcel, the sender is responsible for making a claim. Natterjack cannot refund the postage charge. Carriage costs will apply for exchanged goods unless the goods are faulty, or have been sent in error, in which case we will refund postage costs on receipt of the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.
